（中央社記者江俊亮雲林縣10日電）35歲黃姓女子與男友發生爭執，揚言分手；警方前往處理時，38歲的男友突然拿出毒品，指控女友吸毒，雙雙被移送法辦。
雲林縣警察局斗六分局今天表示，警方日前接獲民眾報案，表示有一對情侶發生爭執，雙方吵得不可開交，報案民眾擔心發生意外，請警方前往處理。
當警方趕赴現場時，2人都在氣頭上，女方不斷提議分手；只見洪姓男友突然拿出一包毒品和一副K他命輾盤，當著警方面前，指控女友吸食毒品。
經警方以試劑初步檢驗後，發現洪姓男子拿出的0.25公克白色粉末，呈海洛因陽性反應，當場依違反毒品防制條例罪嫌將2人逮捕。
警方表示，這是斗六警方處理情侶吵架，首次遇到指控對方吸毒的，真是所謂的「由愛生恨」，經警方偵訊後，將2人移送雲林地檢署偵辦。1050910
